Gimmy Shimmy is a team of two professional bellydancers and bellydance instructors Arlene and Mindy (aka - Mitra).

Gimmy Shimmy comes to your event bringing fun, high-quality, interactive entertainment suitable for ladies of all ages, 6 and up.

Gimmy Shimmy is perfect for all types of occasions including bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights out - and Gimmy Shimmy specializes in birthday parties!

The standard Gimmy Shimmy event package starts with a short, family-friendly performance (10 - 15 minutes) by one of our costumed dancers - sure to wow your guests! We then "costume" your guests in coin hip belts and treat them to a 30 minute bellydance lesson so they can learn some moves of their own. Following the lesson, all your guests will get to try out their moves in a group dance with Gimmy Shimmy! We then top it all off with a group photo that you will be able to share with all your guests!

You may choose such options as purchasing coin hip belts for each of your guests, or even gift bags containing bellydance-themed items (special discounts for groups of 6 or more!)
